Charlie’s Catering offers Mexican Buffet catering for Milwaukee and the surrounding areas. Our enchilada bars, taco bars and fajita bars will please a crowd at affordable prices.
Chips and salsa are included with our Mexican Buffets. Brownies and Assorted Bars are available at an additional cost. There is a $5.00 service charge per 30 plates, which includes disposable plates, cutlery and serving ware. Cans of Coke products and bottled water are available for $1.22 each.
Catered Enchilada Bar:
Enjoy our Corn or Flour Tortillas wrapped with Chicken and Cheese or Beef and Cheese served atop Enchilada Sauce. Covered with Cheese and Baked. Refried Beans and Spanish Rice, Sour Cream, Chopped Tomatoes, Shredded Lettuce and Taco Sauce are included! Choose Cinnamon Chips or Cookies for Dessert.

Catered Fajita Bar:
Our catered fajita bar includes Strips of Chicken, Beef, Peppers and Onions, Sautéed and Mixed with a Secret Mexican Sauce. Our fajita bar comes with Flour Tortillas, Shredded Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Taco Sauce, Spanish Rice and Refried Beans. Choose Cinnamon Chips or Cookies for Dessert.
